Your purchase
Our own clothing is produced to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful. You buy from Security Officers UK and should contact us for support, cancellations and returns. Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Product images are digital mockups; minor differences in colour and print or embroidery placement can occur. Products must still match their description. Please check the size guide and your employer’s uniform requirements. Our clothing is everyday clothing, not certified protective equipment or an official SIA uniform.
Delivery
We currently offer our clothing for delivery within the United Kingdom. Production and delivery are separate stages. Allow approximately 5–15 working days in total, unless a different estimate is shown for your order. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will contact you about material delays. Items may arrive separately. Unless we agree another date with you, delivery will take place within 30 days. Contact us if an order is missing, damaged or delayed; we remain responsible until the goods reach you or a person you nominate.
Cancellation and returns
For our standard clothing designs, you can cancel from placing the order until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Making these standard designs to order does not remove that right. Tell us by email, phone or post using the contact details above, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Contact us for return instructions; do not send items to a supplier address printed on a parcel without checking with us. You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
For a valid cancellation we refund the product price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge for the cancelled order. If only part of an order is cancelled, delivery is refunded where required by law. Refunds use the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If goods have not been dispatched, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Optional cancellation wording: ‘I give notice that I cancel my contract for [goods], ordered on [date] / received on [date], order [reference]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].’ A paper notice may be signed. You do not have to use this wording.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly with your order reference and a description of the problem. Photos can help us investigate but do not replace your legal rights. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described. Your statutory rights apply independently of any supplier policy and are not restricted to a supplier’s reporting period.
Customised forms and affiliate purchases
The separate Branded Forms Service Terms apply to our digital customisation service, including its 14-day private download window. Download expiry does not apply to clothing. For purchases completed on an affiliate retailer’s website, that retailer is the seller and its delivery and returns terms apply. Affiliate links are disclosed where shown.
Privacy and support
We share the information needed to produce and deliver your clothing, including your delivery details, with our fulfilment partner and carriers. See our Privacy Policy. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can put it right. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. English law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in a competent court where you live.
