These terms apply to the £49 Branded Security Forms — Six-Form Customisation service sold by Andrew Hill, trading as Security Officers UK, 20 Shakespeare Close, Leicester, LE3 2SX, United Kingdom. Telephone: 07845555766. The seller is not VAT registered. Your order email provides a reply address for order support.
What you buy
£49 covers one business’s six blank administrative forms: shift handover, patrol log, incident record, key issue register, equipment issue register and daily occurrence log. We add your business name, supplied logo, brand colour, printed contact information and site name, and make up to 12 changes to existing field labels. You receive a six-page PDF and editable HTML in a ZIP. A browser and ZIP reader are required. HTML can be edited and printed in a browser; edits are not saved automatically. Word, Canva and fillable PDF files are not included.
Your brief and delivery
After confirmed payment, use the private order link to submit your branding brief. Supply only information and a logo you have permission to use. Logos must be one PNG or JPG up to 2 MB and 4000 × 4000 pixels. Do not upload completed incident records, personal incident data, passwords or access codes. If the brief is incomplete or unsuitable we will contact you. Delivery is within three working days of receiving a complete usable brief (Monday–Friday, excluding England bank holidays). Generation is automated and a manager checks the output before release.
A private download link is emailed to the billing email address. If you select the optional email attachment choice, the ZIP is also attached; your email provider’s limits may prevent attachment delivery. Contact us promptly if an email or attachment does not arrive. One round of reasonable corrections to the supplied branding and existing field labels is included if requested within seven days of delivery. Additional forms, redesigns and later changes require a separate agreed quote.
14-day download access
Your website download access expires 14 days after we release the checked pack, not 14 days after payment. The delivery email states the expiry time. Download and keep your own backup during that period. Downloaded files do not expire. After the access period a replacement copy normally requires a new purchase. This does not require you to repurchase to resolve a fault, failed delivery or any statutory remedy. Contact us with your order reference if access failed or the supplied files are faulty.
Cancellation and your rights
Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period starting the day after the contract is made. At checkout we ask separately for your express request to begin customisation during that period and consent to early digital delivery. If you cancel after requested work has started, a proportionate amount may be payable for work already supplied. The service cancellation right ends once the service has been fully performed with your prior consent and acknowledgement. Where the digital-content cancellation exception applies, that right ends when supply begins following your express consent and acknowledgement. These provisions do not remove rights if goods, digital content or services are faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
To cancel or report a problem, reply to your order email, telephone 07845555766 or write to the seller address above, giving your name, order reference, contact details and request. You may use: ‘I give notice that I cancel my contract for [service], ordered on [date], order [reference]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].’ A paper notice may be signed. Where a refund is due, we will use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, within the applicable legal period. Business purchasers retain rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Use of the forms
You may use, edit and print the delivered forms within one business. Do not resell, redistribute as templates or claim exclusive ownership of the underlying templates. You retain rights in your supplied logo and wording. The forms are blank administrative tools, not legal advice, SIA approval or a guarantee of compliance. Your responsible manager must check suitability for each site and your procedures before use.
Privacy and storage
Branding details, logos and generated packs are stored privately with the order; completed packs are not placed in the public media library. Private links act as access credentials: do not forward them. Branding files and brief content are normally removed 30 days after download access expires. Ordinary order and accounting records are retained according to our existing privacy policy and applicable obligations. A revised pack may replace the previous private link after approval. Email attachments leave the website and are held by email providers and recipients; choosing the attachment option requests this delivery method.
Optional printed copies
Postal fulfilment is not included in £49 and is not currently available at checkout. If offered later, printed copies through PC2Paper will require a separate quote and agreement covering printing, postage, delivery address and timing before any extra charge or address transfer. No postal order is created by buying this digital service.
Problems and applicable law
Please contact us first so we can investigate and put problems right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in a competent court where they live. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
